A sneak Peek of The New EP/ Live Video

There is some live video coming out from our LA show, and some new songs coming out on our new EP... This is an ultra-low-quality, super-short bootleg of both. Even though you can’t really see/hear anything, I still think this is awesome. Yeah, maybe there is a lot of static, but dig that wall of sound!

Just - A G&G Song

So, as you may know, I have a side project that actually predates Lisa Savidge by several years. It is my collaboration with Frank Merrill, currently known as G&G. We’ll see about the name.
Anyhow, I was flipping through my old files today, and I actually found one of the G&G songs in there that really isn’t half bad. I present it now for your listening pleasure: The song is called “Just.”
If you dig it, mosey on over to the music section of lisasavidge.com and hit “downloads.” There you will find this track available for you to keep.
Who knows, this could end up becoming a Lisa Savidge song, although it would have to get in line behind the other six new songs we are currently working on.

Totally Groovy Man!

I was digging through some old files in my computer, when I came across this thing. Near as I can remember (and it was a ways back... maybe two years ago), Ellery and I were just hanging out one night and decided to mess around with some crap in Garage Band. A really simple drum beat, a quick rhythm guitar track, some kind of synth mixed in there... we were off to the races! Ellery improved a guitar lead over top of it, and I threw in an organ solo. As I recall, I didn’t have the equipment to hook up a keyboard at the time, so I actually played the organ using the keys on my laptop. Pretty funny stuff.
Maybe we’ll actually make something out of this some day.
